Here’s what your donation — any amount welcome — supports: 
• $35 supports sheet music for one singer.
• $50 provides music binders for 10 singers.
• $100 covers 1½ hours of accompanist  time.

About the MCC

The Medford Community Chorale & Youth/Young Adult Chorus is directed by Betsy Pesce, accompanied by Dr. Holly Zagaria.

The Medford Community Chorale (MCC), which was formed in November 2019, provides educational and performance opportunities in the joyful art of choral singing for ALL interested youth and adult singers who are residents of Medford and surrounding communities.  The MCC has grown to 90+ adult and 30+ youth/young adult (and family!) singers, and always welcomes new members!

The Chorale, which presents choral performances to the public twice a year, gave its first public performance at the Medford (MA) Inauguration at the Chevalier Theatre on January 5, 2020.  A youth/young adult chorus was added when the Chorale resumed rehearsals at the end of January 2020 and is featured in each concert.  After the pandemic brought everything to a halt in March 2020, the chorale went on to create six “virtual choir” videos, which are available for viewing on YouTube: “Medford Community Chorale.”  The group recently presented its 10^th “live” concert, “You’re the Inspiration!” MCC has also performed at the Senior Center, a local nursing home, and at special community events, and a portion of the proceeds from concert program ad books are donated to a local charity/organization.
